Heat sink
Heat sink is an electronic component that is attached to equipment for heat dissipation and heat release. Metal materials such as aluminum, iron, and copper, which have good heat conduction properties, are mainly used. For the purpose of discharging heat to the air, they are often molded into shapes with a wide surface area (generally called fins, or shapes like a sword or bellows with bars). The cooling capacity can be improved by installing fans in the heat sink.
